
How The Program Works
Our program provides you with an efficient, effective, systems-oriented approach to marketing your endodontic practice. Our philosophy of implementing consistent, repeat marketing strategies is the foundation of this sophisticated, customized program. Total Endo Success™ - Referral Marketing Program is structured as follows:
1. Endodontic Practice Marketing
Upon receipt of your agreement, you will receive a questionnaire. The information covered by this questionnaire enables us to understand the dynamics of your practice so that we can assess your needs and efficiently plan your dental marketing program. With this information, we can focus on your expectations and criteria for success.
2. Competitor Blocking
You will be allowed to block one endodontic competitor from working with us on practice marketing throughout your year as a client of Levin Group, thereby reducing the competition in your area.
3. Dental Consultant Selection
Once your questionnaire has been evaluated by the Levin Group Endodontic Team, including Dr. Levin, an expert consultant will be selected to work with your practice. Each experienced dental consultant specializes in the endodontic profession and has been personally trained by Dr. Levin.
4. The Initial Consultation
Your consultant will set up an initial phone conference to discuss your goals and receive an overview of your practice. This first meeting affords us an opportunity to discuss your specific needs and objectives.
5. Professional Relations Coordinator Program
On starting the program, you’ll designate a member of your staff to serve as your Professional Relations Coordinator (PRC). Your consultant will work closely with your PRC throughout the program to maximize your marketing efforts and keep you where you should be—chairside, providing patient care and producing revenue.
6. Strategic Dental Marketing Planning
After your practice goals have been established, we work together to create a strategic plan outlining the tactics required to achieve your objectives. At this stage, practice-building issues are specified. We focus on referral relationships, patient/doctor contacts, image-building, relationship-building, educational programs, staff training, and profit growth centers—everything you need to increase referrals to your endodontic practice.
7. Telephone Conferences
Your Levin Group consultant will schedule weekly telephone conferences with your Professional Relations Coordinator. These conferences concentrate on implementing the customized techniques and strategies outlined in your program plan. Your consultant will give the PRC step-by-step methods for marketing your practice.
8. Dental Marketing and Support Materials
We will provide you with endodontic practice-building strategies and the writing and graphics support necessary to successfully implement those dental marketing strategies. Depending on your needs, we will develop the following materials to promote your office: logo, business cards, stationery, envelopes, office brochure, new patient welcome packet, letters, flyers, and other practice-building materials. For marketing to your referring offices, we will create high-quality promotional and educational pieces.
9. Monthly Tracking System
We ask that your PRC regularly complete our Comprehensive Monthly Tracking Report. This report allows us to fully analyze your practice performance and offer timely advice to maximize your referrals.
10. Program Success
As we work with your practice and your PRC, we will continually develop, refine, and revise dental marketing strategies. Our goal is that you employ numerous, simultaneous marketing strategies to create strong, long-lasting relationships with your referring doctors and increase the quantity and quality of your referrals.
